Welcome! Sunset on the Quad will be Sunday, April 7th at 4 pm. Sunset on the Quad is a school-wide fundraiser that benefits every student at Saint James. Guests will enjoy bidding on an array of items - from family vacations to exquisite jewelry, original art pieces to tailgate must-haves, and premium STJ campus perks to professionally handcrafted furniture - there will be something for everyone!

Enjoy live music from Soft Landing and a delicious meal catered by Flik Independent School Dining while browsing auction items and visiting with friends. Flik is the new school dining service provider that will be preparing meals daily in the new Saint James Commons.

The host for the evening is the Saint James Office of Advancement and a steering committee of wonderfully talented parents and friends of Saint James School. Every extracurricular club, team, and other organized group at Saint James has the opportunity to donate items to the silent auction. 100% of the proceeds from those auction items are directly allocated to the organization that donated them. The net proceeds from the gala ticket sales will be allocated as requested by each guest to these designated school groups: Athletics, Band, School Commons Capital Campaign. Elementary School, General, Performing Arts, Robotics, and Speech & Debate.

In bidding at Sunset on the Quad's silent auction, I understand that Saint James School makes no warranties, express or implied, with regard to the condition, durability, maintenance, or the sustainability of any items being purchased through the auction. I agree that I will not hold Saint James School liable or seek any recourse against them in the event that items do not meet my expectations or suffer failure or breakdown. Once accepted, my winning bid is a final bid for purchase and cannot be later withdrawn.
