We extend a warm welcome and thank you for looking through this set of bulls. This is the farthest reaching, most complete set of herdsires we have ever assembled. Visitors comment on the growth, soundness and power that this group possesses.

Regarding the beef industry as a whole: it is fitting that we, as American cattlemen, give ourselves a bit of a pat on the back. We have responded to consumer demands quicker than any other time in history. As an industry, we fill the pens with profitable cattle that have more marbling, are freer of excess waste, and can grow at a pace that makes profit. We now have the highest recorded beef demand since the 1970's, produce more product with 33% fewer cows, and are expanding exports at a mind-blowing rate.

These bulls sell with genomically enhanced EPDs. Sending in a DNA sample gives greater accuracy to the EPDs for every trait; it is similar to having 8 to 12 recorded progeny for every bull! This gives even more confidence that these sires will produce at the level predicted. Also, you will find more bulls from first calf heifers than before; because we have such great confidence in what these young females can produce, we are not afraid to demand that they contribute. This allows for the freshest genetics available. If a young female is not better than her dam, we don't keep her in the seedstock group.

Tremendous change has been made for traits like calving ease, stayability, mature size, marbling, and $BMI, and all of this in a short time. This could not have been accomplished without the use of EPDs generated from International Genetics Solutions, ultrasound, weighing entire calf crops, genomics, and removing the lower performers.

A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity for bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you specifically choose that option. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within a reasonable amount of time after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee. If you pay by check to Waukaru the 5% transaction fee is automatically waived.
