Most of the embryos and semen will be on site so pickup and settlement is super easy.

ALL EMBRYO PURCHASES are GRADE ONE embryos, unless noted otherwise, and carry a minimum conception rate guarantee of no less than one 90-day pregnancy per 3 embryos purchased when embryos are implanted by a certified technician within 18 months of auction. Adjustments made are completely between buyer and seller. Should conception rates not be achieved and terms are followed, suggested adjustments are in the form of more of the same embryos or those of equal value. Standard guarantees apply as to sexed semen usage and reverse-sorted embryos and it is fully understood that, while highly accurate and largely predictable, the technologies are imperfect.

CONFIRMED PREGNANCIES are guaranteed to be carrying the calf and/or sex stated at the time of delivery; a live calf is not guaranteed. In-utero insurance policies are available upon request.

FLUSHES are governed by the terms illustrated in each item.

IN ALL CASES shipping and/or pickup is the responsibility of the purchaser. Auction staff and sellers will work to accommodate requests but the ultimate responsibility is that of the purchaser.

SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the item after payment is received. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity for bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you specifically choose that option. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within a reasonable amount of time after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee. If you pay by check after receiving an invoice via e-mail from SmartAuctions the 5% transaction fee is automatically waived.
