D.C. United are once again teaming up with Major League Soccer this September to raise awareness and funds to combat childhood cancer through the league's fifth-annual Kick Childhood Cancer campaign.
United will host a Kick Childhood Cancer auction featuring signed jerseys and other autographed memorabilia. All proceeds from the auction will benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Bidding will begin at 12 PM ET on Friday, Sept. 14 and will conclude at 8 PM ET on Monday, Sept. 17.
Auction items will be on display at the D.C. United auction table during United's match against the New York Red Bulls on September 16.
