WHAT EXACTLY DOES THIS FUNDRAISER SUPPORT?

Since HopeWay is a non-profit, your purchases and donations support best-in-class holistic and integrated mental health care for adults. Funds raised also bolster our financial assistance program to increase access to a wider population of men and women who need our help. Since opening in November of 2016, we have provided over $1million in financial aid and served nearly 700 people. Thank you for your support!!!


WHAT DO I WEAR?!?

Attire for the event is business casual - something you would wear out to dinner. Quail Hollow has a no denim policy.


TIMING OF THE EVENT:

6:30 pm Check In

Silent Auction

Food and open bar

7:15 pm . About HopeWay

8:00 pm Raffle ends (see below for details)

8:15 pm Silent Auction Closes

8:30 pm Check out will open in the ballroom

CHECK IN:

When checking in at the main lobby at Quail Hollow Club:

You will be asked to verify your cell number and email address. We will use your cell number to text important messages throughout the event (but not after). At the end of the night your receipt will be emailed to you.

We will also verify what payment you would like to use. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. All confirmed purchases will automatically get charged to this credit card at the end of the night. If you decide you want to pay cash, write a check or use a different card at check-out we will have a Payment Processing table at the end of the night and our volunteers can gladly help you.


SILENT AUCTION:

Make sure your cell phone is charged! You will bid using your personal bidding link via GiveSmart on your cell phone. No paper bid sheets will be used to allow for easier access to items and check out process. We will have volunteers who can answer any questions throughout the night. They will also have iPads and can bid for you in case you have trouble.

CHECK OUT:

Check out will open at 8:30 pm in the ballroom where the handbags are located. Come to any volunteer with a blue clipboard and they will take you to the bag you have purchased and complete check out.

If you do not have any items to bring home you can select "check out" on your phone and you will be all set.


RAFFLE ITEMS:

Tickets are 1 for $25 or 5 for $100. Must be present to win. We have two great raffles:

A Date Night Staycation - winner gets one night at The Ivey's Hotel in uptown Charlotte, dinner for 2 at 5Church, then post dinner drinks and chocolate truffles at Sofia's.

Hilliard Studio Method - winner will receive one month of unlimited classes, a water bottle and t-shirt.
