Spring-Born Female & Frozen Genetics Sale
Oct 30, 2018 - Channing, TX Sale closes at 6 PM CT
This Production Sale features the very best genetics we have and the top end of our spring-born calf crop with nothing held out. We believe many of these females will make great show heifers, but more importantly they are bred to become exceptional cows with a big focus on maternal ability and udder quality along with having spectacular EPD profiles. All cattle have genomic data and have been DNA parentage verified. All horned heifers have been surgically dehorned. Barber Ranch is retaining 2 flushes on each heifer (with a minimum of 6 embryos per flush) at the seller's expense and the buyer's convenience.
Lots 1 to 25 are live cattle.
Lots 100 to 113 are IVF embryos.
Lots 201 to 244 are semen.
SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the semen/embryos after payment is received. All embryo lots must be paid for and placed with the new owner prior to January 1, 2019 or Barber Ranch reserves the right to terminate the sale. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity for bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you specifically choose that option. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee. If you pay by check after receiving an invoice via e-mail from SmartAuctions the 5% transaction fee will be waived.
This sale will close race-horse style at 6:00 pm CT on Tuesday, October 30th, 2018. Please note that the countdown clock may be shortened after the auction has closed for a while. Please be sure to refresh your screen periodically as well.
