Items selected for the Live Auction will be posted no later than 4pm, Friday Nov. 30th, 2018

ALL purchases must be picked up on Dec. 2 or 3, 2018 at 12 W. 12th Street, NYC 10011- First Floor of the South Wing

All purchases are final-no items may be returned to the church. If a minimum bid is not achieved, the item will be returned to the donor.

Item valuations are the best estimates of donors and volunteers and should not in any way be construed as estimates made by professional appraisers. Neither the church nor the volunteers nor the donors assume any responsibility for whatever use is made of the valuations by the bidders.

Purchases may be settled online, or in person with credit card, cash or by personal check with appropriate identification. All items must be picked up and paid for following the auction. Any item not picked up or paid for in advance by 8pm Monday Dec. 3rd, 2018 will be given to the second highest bidder.

Winning bids will be notified via GiveSmart immediately upon close of the auction. Each bidder must also provide a telephone number where he/she can be reached following the auction. If winning items are not paid for online, or picked up on Sunday Dec. 2nd between 1pm and 3pm, we will make two attempts to contact you by phone; after the second attempt, the item goes to the next highest bidder.

All purchases are "as is," and bidder should examine them carefully before placing a bid. The First Presbyterian Church in the City of New York assumes no responsibility or liability for any purchased items, or action resulting from the use of said item. The church disclaims any warranties, express or implied.

Any item purchased as a Buy-it Now or Instant Purchase prior to 4pm, November 30th, 2018 will not be available for pick up until the fair is open. All Buy it Now and Instant Purchase items must be paid for in full at time of online bid/purchase.
