Join AFP San Diego for a spirited discussion about what often goes unsaid: how internal relationships, organizational dynamics and the politics of money can shape decisions and influence how work gets done.

Featuring speakers from the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance leadership team, David Gillig, Chief Development Officer and David Franco, Chief Financial Officer, will share candid tips and anecdotes about building strong relationships across an organization - from development and finance to programs, leadership and the board. Together, we'll explore the conversations, dynamics and partnerships that can make the difference between working in silos and moving forward together, with insights for shops of all sizes.

Networking time & lunch included!
