Items will need to be picked up the night of the event, unless other pickup arrangements are made with a silent auction committee member.  All items must be picked up no later than 11:30 a.m. Sunday morning Oct. 18th at the Expo Hall. 

Liquor and wine items that are not picked up the night of the event, must be picked up no later than 11:30 a.m. Sunday morning Oct. 18th at the Expo Hall or forfeit the item.

If items need to be shipped, it is at the expense of the bidder to cover the cost of shipping.
There will be a processing surcharge fee of 3.5% at the end of silent auction.
