Join the TWIGS for their 59th annual Sugarplum Festival of Trees benefiting kids at Dayton Children's Hospital!
All proceeds benefit sick and injured kids who depend on Dayton Children's Hospital for their care. We are so grateful for your caring support!
- Over 1,000 patients are waiting to get developmental rehabilitation care at Dayton Children's Hospital.
- One in six children in the U.S. has a developmental delay, disorder or disability.
- Since 2019, speech therapy volume has increased 57%, physical therapy volume has increased 19%, and occupational therapy volume has increased 24%.
By expanding developmental rehabilitation, Dayton Children's is breaking down barriers in care and opening doors to life-changing therapies that will grow with each child's needs. This expansion will include:
- Additional therapy rooms to enable more patient visits.
- Re-imagined therapy space to accommodate more specialized equipment/treatment.
- Increased access to care for families.
- Enhanced sensory-firendly environments.
- One-story layout with direct-access parking, which better supports patients with Autism.
