Speakers
Joshua Ginsberg is President of Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies, an independent ecological research center in New York's Hudson Valley that has conducted a 35-year study of the ecology of Lyme disease. Dr. Ginsberg holds a PhD and MA from Princeton University and a BS from Yale University. His career in conservation science spans 35 years and several continents. Dr. Ginsberg chairs the board of the Ocean Foundation and serves on the boards of the Open Space Institute, Northeast Community Center, the Association of Ecosystem Research Centers, and has recently served on the board of TRAFFIC, the wildlife trade monitoring network, the Foundation for Community Health, and the Salisbury Forum. He is a member of the advisory council of the American Museum of Natural History's Center for Biodiversity and Conservation and serves on the Science, Climate and Stewardship Committee of Scenic Hudson.
