MONSTER MASH HUNGER DASH! 

BronxWorks will host our annual BronxWorks Monster Mash Hunger Dash 5K Fun Run/Walk at Orchard Beach Promenade on Saturday, October 24, 2026. The 5K supports BronxWorks programs combating food insecurity in the Bronx!

Registration/Tickets to run are $30 for adults 18+, $10 for youth ages 13-17, and $5 for children ages 3-12. Children 0-2 run free! We invite our runners to wear their best costumes! If you would like to join the 5K as a runner, click the button above to register! Just for registering, each runner will receive a BronxWorks 5K T-Shirt (while supplies last). EARLY BIRD TICKET PRICING ends October 10.

Thank you to everyone who ran, walked, or supported the 2025 BronxWorks 5K Monster Mash Hunger Dash! We had a wonderful turnout, including some animal friends! We raised over $15,000 for BronxWorks programs fighting food insecurity in the Bronx, including food pantries, farm stands, nutritional education and other services.
