The Silent Auction items will open for bidding on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
Silent Auction items are included in the 100s (Artwork) & 200s (Experiences) sections.
The auction closes Sunday, September 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST.
Once you have created an account, you'll be able to bid directly from your phone, tablet, or computer 24/7 while the auction is happening. All items will be available for pick up once winners are announced on Sunday, September 27 after 12:00 PM EST at The Clay Studio's front desk.
Raffle artwork and experiences are in the 300s section.
Raffle winners are selected on the day of the event, at 10:30 PM EST.

Raffle items can be picked up after the drawing on the night of the event at the front desk of The Clay Studio. Any Raffle winner not at the event will be contacted on Monday, September 29, 2026.
It's a Mud Ball Mystery
Are you willing to take a chance? Just $25 solves the mystery!
All the mystery boxes contain beautiful cups made by artists across The Clay Studio community. As always, we promise it is a cup that will hold liquid. You are, however, still taking a chance on exactly what is inside the small brown box.
Please be advised:
- Mystery Cups cannot be shipped.
- Your cups can be picked up at The Clay Studio starting the night of the event.

- All sales are final and all winning bids will be automatically billed when the auction closes on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at noon EST.
- Shipping and handling fees are not included in the winning bids or purchases. Winners who request shipping will be contacted about shipping costs and billed separately.
- All items with alcohol must be picked up at The Clay Studio.
