Join us on Friday, October 23, at 11:30 a.m. at Indian Summer Golf & Country Club for the 24rd Annual North Thurston Education Foundation Fundraising Luncheon.
This inspiring event brings together community leaders, educators, businesses, and neighbors who believe every student deserves the opportunity to succeed. Together, we'll celebrate the impact we've made through community partnership, hear stories of hope and resilience, and invest in brighter futures for students across North Thurston Public Schools.
The need facing students in our community continues to grow. More than 950 students in North Thurston Public Schools are experiencing homelessness, and six thousand more face financial hardships that create barriers to learning. During the 2025-2026 school year, NTEF provided 10,175 basic needs items directly to students at their schools and helped 1,365 students access the Kids Closet at the Family & Youth Resource Center for clothing and hygiene essentials. Thanks to the generosity of our community, NTEF also provides emergency assistance, classroom grants, scholarships, and innovative educational opportunities that remove barriers to learning and help students thrive.
Your $30 registration covers the cost of your lunch, allowing the generosity shared during the event to directly benefit students and classrooms. During the program, you'll be invited to consider a suggested charitable gift of $70 or more. Together, these gifts will help us reach our $50,000 fundraising goal, providing basic needs, emergency assistance, classroom grants, scholarships, and educational opportunities that empower students and educators throughout North Thurston Public Schools.
