The 2026 Purrfect Bow Wow Brunch marks a major milestone-150 years of Michigan Humane. This year's celebration honors the compassion, progress, and achievements that have shaped the organization's history while recognizing the important work still ahead. Guests will reflect on the life-changing impact Michigan Humane has made across generations and be inspired to continue building a stronger future for people and pets alike.
Each year, the Purrfect Bow Wow Brunch brings together more than 650 supporters to celebrate the daily impact Michigan Humane makes across our region, state, and country. This signature fundraising event is an opportunity to recognize the individuals, corporations, and foundations whose generosity, kindness, and dedication make our mission possible.
Guests will begin the day at the Strategic Staffing Solutions President's Reception, featuring an open bar, appetizers, silent auction, mission-focused experiences, and meet-and-greet with adoptable animals.
The celebration continues with a seated multi-course brunch, a stage program highlighting Michigan Humane's work, a live auction, and the Mike Morse Law Firm Transformational Challenge.
Attendees will leave fulfilled, inspired, and proud to be part of a community committed to creating a healthy, safe, and thriving future for all.
