All auction proceeds will help grow Occoneechee Council's endowment, providing permanent support for Scouting programs throughout our 12-county service area.

About the Auction:

This signature event offers a unique networking opportunity with many of the Triangle's leading business and community leaders, along with some of Scouting's most generous supporters. Proceeds from the auction will be invested in Occoneechee Council's endowment to strengthen the long-term future of local Scouting.

About the Scout Endowment:

A strong endowment provides dependable, long-term funding to ensure Occoneechee Council has the resources to serve young people for generations to come. Endowment support helps sustain high-quality programs, provide world-class outdoor adventures, maintain and improve our camps, expand access for families and equip Scouts with the character, leadership and life skills they need to succeed.

By growing the endowment today, we create a permanent source of support that protects Scouting through changing economic conditions and allows the council to plan boldly for the future. It is an investment not only in Scouting, but in the next generation of leaders for our communities.

About Us:

Occoneechee Council, Scouting America, is one of the largest and most prominent youth development organizations in North Carolina. We provide young people in Chatham, Cumberland, Durham, Franklin, Granville, Harnett, Lee, Moore, Orange, Vance, Wake and Warren counties with responsible fun and adventure while instilling lifetime values and ethical character development as expressed by the Scout Oath and Law.
