Parking & Shuttle
Shuttle parking opens at 1:30 PM at:
US Bank Corporate Office
16900 W Capitol Dr, Brookfield
Guests are encouraged to arrive early and be on a shuttle to the Parade site by 2:15 PM to be entered into a GMAR YPN raffle drawing.
Shuttles will continue running throughout the event. A GMAR volunteer will be available at the shuttle lot until 2:30 PM.
Check-In
Event check-in will take place at the Berg Home inside the Parade site, not at the shuttle parking lot.
Event Schedule
2:15 PM: Welcome from GMAR, MBA and/or Berg
2:30 PM: VIP self-guided tours begin
4:00 PM: Parade opens to the general public
VIP Parade Experience
Enjoy early access to tour all 11 Parade homes before public admission. Guests will have the opportunity to explore new construction, meet builder representatives, network with fellow real estate professionals, and experience the latest home designs and trends.
Food Drive
Attendees are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food donation to support our community. Donations can be dropped off at the shuttle parking location before boarding.
Food & Beverages
Food and beverages will be provided by Elkay at the Berg Home, with additional giveaways possibly available throughout the event.
