Angels Silver Coffee

On October 29th, the American Red Cross Angels of Tampa Bay will host our 44th Silver Coffee Fundraiser in support of the Services to the Armed Forces (SAF) Program. Help us continue our legacy of support by becoming a sponsor.  

A bit of local history: the American Red Cross story in Tampa Bay reaches back to the Spanish-American War of 1898, when Clara Barton and Red Cross nurses came to the area to support U.S. troops preparing for deployment to Cuba. Red Cross nurses cared for sick and injured service members in Tampa, including soldiers suffering from typhoid, before joining Barton's humanitarian efforts in Cuba. Their service established an enduring connection between the Red Cross, Tampa Bay and the U.S. military - a relationship that would continue for generations.
