The Adam J. Bozzuto Memorial Charity Golf Classic is one of The Hometown Foundation's signature fundraising events, inspired by Adam J. Bozzuto's passion for giving back to those in need. Since its inception in 1978, the tournament has remained true to that mission, with proceeds benefiting The Hometown Foundation and its charitable initiatives. Together with Bozzuto's family of retailers and vendor partners, this annual event has helped raise millions of dollars to support individuals and communities in need.
The day begins with a round of golf at two of Connecticut's premier courses-LionHeart Country Club in Avon and The Golf Club of Avon. Golfers at both locations will enjoy breakfast, lunch, and a shotgun start before coming together for evening celebration.
We hope you will join us for this year's tournament on Monday, October 5, 2026! Following the tournament, golfers and guests are invited to the Farmington Polo Club in Farmington, Connecticut, for a cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres, followed by dinner, raffles, awards, and prizes. It promises to be a memorable day of golf, camaraderie, and philanthropy, all in support of The Hometown Foundation's mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
