St. Mary Academy Auction

Due to scheduling conflicts, we are unable to host a live event this year at the HUB. While this venue change was outside our control, our enthusiasm-and your competitive bidding spirit-remain fully intact!

Here's the new plan:

Bidding opens September 25-a day early!
Bidding closes October 9.
Dress code: Whatever you're wearing when you outbid your friends.

Instead of buying tickets, bid high and bid often! Put those ticket dollars toward something you love while supporting the school we all love. Invite grandparents, friends, neighbors, and anyone who enjoys a good auction. Geography is no longer an obstacle, and neither is finding a babysitter!

Thank you for your flexibility, good humor, and generosity. This community knows how to show up for SMA, and we are excited to see what we can accomplish together online. The auction will go on-and we're ready to make it a wonderful success!

Auction Rules

1. Unless otherwise specified, all items and services must be used WITHIN ONE YEAR of the date of purchase. The dates and times of mutual convenience for the donor and buyer should be arranged within 60 days of the auction.
2. All sales are final. All items have been donated to Saint Mary Academy for its charitable purpose. Please do not request funds or exchange from donors.
3. Saint Mary Academy warrants neither the quality nor the value of items or services. All items are sold in "as is" condition. Descriptions and values are estimated by the donors and are not warrantied by Saint Mary Academy.
4. A bid is entered (during Live Auction) by raising your hand and being recognized by the auctioneer.
5. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser, who assumes full risk and responsibility. In the event of a disputer, the auctioneer has final authority.
6. Those with winning bids should pay for and pick up items at the check-out table before leaving the event.
7. Payments must be made in full the night of the auction. We accept and encourage payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. This allows checkout to go much more quickly and efficiently. All checks can be made payable to Saint Mary Academy.
