CentennialPlayground

Earlier this school year, Mrs. Picchione began meeting with a small team to explore the feasibility of adding a larger playground at SJA. We're excited to share that plans are underway for a new Centennial Playground, to be located in the grassy area north of the school, adjacent to the school offices.

Thanks to the generosity of our community, nearly $80,000 has already been earmarked to help bring this vision to life. Current estimates place the total project cost at approximately $225,000. Our goal is to secure the remaining funds through ongoing fundraising efforts between now and our school's centennial celebration in 2027.

A memorial to Sister Carolyn will reside to watch over the children and their merriment.

Opportunities to purchase specific pieces of equipment exist with 'naming rights'.  All donors will be recognized in a permanent display on the playground for years to come.
