For fourteen extraordinary years, it has been my distinct honor to welcome you at THASOS.

What started as a dream has become a home, and that is entirely because of you. As I prepare to embark on the next chapter of my life, I find my heart overflowing with Gratitude for the loyalty you have shown, the support you have provided, and the cherished friendships we have forged within these walls.

You have been with us through celebrations, milestones, and quiet weeknights, turning a dining room into a community. The laughter shared at our tables and the bonds formed over meals are the true legacy of THASOS. Please know that while our doors are closing, the memories we've made and the kindness you have shown me will stay with me forever.

While the restaurant's journey is coming to a close, my commitment to our community continues. I am honored to serve as the President of the Royal Dames of Cancer Research, an organization dedicated to funding life-saving breakthroughs.
