About the Summer Gala
Join us for the biggest night of Woodford Humane Society's year! The Summer Gala is an upscale evening of dining and drinks, high-dollar raffle prizes, and exciting auction items, all for a great cause: it helps us provide an exceptional temporary home for hundreds of pets in need at Woodford Humane. The Gala is Woodford Humane's biggest fundraiser and a crucial pillar of support: With no government funding at any level, Woodford Humane relies entirely on private donations and events like this one to continue its lifesaving work. At a time when shelters nationwide are swamped and struggling, the Summer Gala's impact has never been more important.
So! Get your tickets, enjoy an amazing meal, bid on your favorite auction items, dance a little, win some bourbon, top everything off with as much of Keeneland's famous bread pudding as you can handle, and know you're saving lives every step of the way!

Woodford Humane Society is a 501c3 nonprofit animal adoptions organization located in Versailles, KY since 1975. We place no limits on breed, age, or length of stay for the animals in our care and are proud to maintain a placement rate over 95%! Woodford Humane receives no government funding at any level, so events like this one are critical to our success. Your fun evening out will touch hundreds of lives.
