Support Akron Zoo's Wildlife Fund!

August 17, 2026 - October 31, 2026

Professionals Advocating for Wildlife (P.A.W.) advances the mission of the Akron Zoo by fundraising, raising awareness and advocating for the zoo!

With over 400,000 annual visitors, the Akron Zoo serves the community of northeast Ohio by providing numerous education opportunities, on-site, as well as, in the classroom. The zoo also serves wildlife through conservation efforts to preserve habitats and wild spaces, both locally and globally. Education, wildlife conservation and service to our community are key roles the Akron Zoo plays in bringing people up-close to nature.

The group provides its members the opportunity to develop a personal relationship with the Akron Zoo, enjoy up-close zoo experiences, learn about wildlife animal care & conservation, connect with zoo professionals & zoo partners and network with peers.
