Welcome to our first annual pasture sale!  We are very excited about this group of calves and to have you get them to the show ring or your own pastures.  We have made investments in several of the leading show cattle pedigrees in the business and their results are shining through in this crop of calves.

The calves may be seen anytime at our Pikeville location by appointment.  Call Chip or Brian and they will meet you there or make sure you have a buggy to cruise the pastures where the calves are located.

Please note the payment terms for each calf.  Some have full payment due now if they are ready to wean while others require a 50% deposit with the balance due at or before pickup.  Calves are guaranteed healthy at time of pickup and that is where the guarantee ends.  We will have your purchases alive and healthy at pickup, or you will get your money back. There is no guarantee of any kind beyond that and no guarantee of any kind as to fertility. 

Please note the different pickup times for each calf; some of them are ready to be weaned now while others should stay until May.  We will make every effort to meet your needs as a buyer but we need to adhere to these pickup times for several reasons.  There is a two-week window for pickup times.  We will help as much as possible with transportation but if you miss your window, we will not guarantee the condition of your calf, and you may lose your deposit and your calf. 

If you buy a bull calf and want him cut, please let us know.  If your calf is eligible for registration and you want us to do it, please provide the information as you want it.

This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 2 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 2 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 2 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction.

SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the lot after payment is received. PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 12 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 12 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If your credit card payment is declined at the 12 days your purchase will accrue an interest of 6%. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee.
