The auction closes Thursday, May 14, 2026 at p.m. MDT. If a bid is placed in the final 30 seconds of the auction, the close time will extend another 30 seconds until no bids have been placed in that timeframe.  

Payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file at the close of the auction.  Sales tax will be added to all items. Winning bidders must complete checkout within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in order cancellation and the item being offered to the next highest bidder.

Winners will be contacted via email with the option to pick up the item(s) at during a designated time at Ball Arena or have them shipped via UPS with a signature required for delivery.
