CSNDC 45th Anniversary Celebration

Forty-five years is a long time.

It's old enough to have raised a generation of homeowners. Old enough to have helped small businesses through every economic cycle since 1981. Old enough to know the difference between development that works for the community and development that works on the community.

We're celebrating CSNDC, but we can't do that without celebrating the residents, partners, business owners, organizers, funders, and activists who have built Codman Square together, and the next chapter we're going to build together, too.

A snapshot of what 45 years of community development in Dorchester has built

•  Over 1400 affordable homes for rental and homeownership 
• The Fairmount-Indigo Commuter Rail Line, where we partnered to connect Codman Square to opportunity 
• The Oasis on Ballou, an urban farm producing over 7,000 pounds of fresh, nutritious produce every year
• 45 years of trust and community in Codman Square through tens of thousands of first-time homebuyer courses,        digital literacy classes, Resident Leadership Institutes, and one -to-one meetings 

And we are just getting started- join us to celebrate 45 years of building together, and raise a glass to a future of abundance for Codman Square 

The night includes a reception, an extravagant dinner buffet, a program honoring 45 years of work, and live entertainment. Tickets and tables will go on sale in August 2026!
