For 35 years, Circle of Friends has partnered with Kidspace Children's Museum to ensure every child has access to the wonder, joy, and lifelong benefits of play. Together, alongside the generosity of our donors and supporters, we've helped remove barriers so children and families of all backgrounds and abilities can learn, explore, connect, and simply be kids.

Since 1991, Circle of Friends has proudly raised an estimated $10 million in support of Kidspace Children's Museum, helping welcome approximately 9 million children and families through its doors and inspiring generations through the power of play.

Every day, meaningful moments unfold at Kidspace. A child discovers a new passion through hands-on learning. Siblings in foster care reunite to celebrate together. A family finds healing through play during a difficult time. These are the experiences that spark curiosity, inspire hope, strengthen connections, and create lasting memories. Your support helps ensure that more children and families have the opportunity to experience them.

$10,000 | Ultimate Access
A private event for children being treated for pediatric cancer, including adaptations for medically fragile or mobility-challenged children.

$5,000 |  Open Doors
Equivalent to admission for more than 100 vulnerable families to attend Big Little Mornings with access to parent workshops, open-ended play, art, music, and valuable community resources.
Provide outrageously fun activities at our Birthday Palooza event, reuniting siblings in the foster care system.
Give more than 300 children access to a Free Friday at the museum.

$3,500 |  Summer Adventures
Fund five summer camp scholarships for children from low-income communities.
Support one weekend of art and music programming.
Provide one free celebration for a child finishing cancer treatment and 99 of their friends.

$2,500 | Preserve & Grow
Honor Kidspace's move to Brookside Park in 2004 by helping preserve and grow the museum for the next generation.
Support campus improvements, maintenance, and roof repairs for the historic Fannie E. Morrison Horticultural Center building.

$1,500 |  Discovery
Help children enjoy creative, colorful, and active adventures across Kidspace.
Fund a free Title I school field trip for 80 students.
Provide 300 free tickets for sock skating.

$700 |  Opportunity
Provide more than 40 free visits for families sheltering with children.
Support 40 field trip chaperones from Title I schools.

$350 |  Visits for Families in Need
Grants access to enriched play and creative spaces for families with restricted income visits.

$150 |   DCFS Family Visitation

Facilitates connection with family youth in foster care.

$35 |   A Day of Joy for Foster Youth
Provides a day of joy for a child in foster care and their caregiver.
