And too often… people carry it quietly and alone.
So how do we process grief in a healthy way?
How do we support others through trauma and loss?
And how do we move forward without losing ourselves in the pain?
Join us for our May Promise2Live Silicon Slopes Mental Health Town Hall as we come together for an honest, powerful conversation around grief, trauma, and healing.
This event is about understanding what grief does to us, learning how to move through it, and making sure no one has to do it alone.

Russ Warner - Owner and CEO Ghost Long Board - Russ currently serves on Promise2Live's board and will be hosting this month's town hall
Dr. David Morgan - Director of Mental Health Awareness, Silicon Slopes - Dr. Morgan will break down the science of grief and trauma, how it impacts the brain and emotional health, and provide practical tools to help individuals regulate emotions, process loss, and support others.
Todd Sylvester - Speaker, Author & Mental Fitness Coach - Todd will share insights from his own journey through addiction, loss, and recovery, focusing on how belief systems shape healing. He will provide powerful perspective on overcoming shame, reframing pain, and creating lasting transformation.
Tiffany Berg - Trauma & Grief Speaker - Tiffany will speak to the emotional reality of grief and trauma, helping attendees understand what it feels like, why it can feel so heavy, and how to move forward with strength, faith, and resilience.
Nina Angela Lee - Grief Recovery Expert & Artist - Nina will share how grief impacts identity, relationships, and healing, and how connection, expression, and community play a critical role in processing loss and finding meaning again.
Careshmeh Dean - Careshmeh is an emerging author with a powerful voice, whose debut book Made for Me shares a deeply personal and inspiring story of resilience and insight. She now uses her experiences through writing and speaking to uplift, empower, and inspire others.
