As a co-founder, volunteer pilot, Chairman Emeritus, and longtime board member, Alan's leadership and dedication have helped shape SkyHope and expand access to life-changing medical flights for those who need them most.

About SkyHope

At SkyHope, we believe that when someone's health is on the line, the last thing they should worry about is how to get to treatment. That's why we provide free air transportation for patients in need, connecting them to life-saving medical care far from home.

SkyHope is a community of volunteer pilots dedicated to providing free medical flights and removing distance as a barrier for those on their path to wellness. Whether you're a patient seeking specialized care or a veteran accessing vital support, we provide free flights whenever they're needed and for as long as the journey requires. We firmly believe that no one should face barriers to the best healthcare simply because of geography-let us lift you toward hope and healing 

But we don't just offer flights-we offer hope. Every mission is a reminder that compassion can overcome distance, and that together, we can lift the burdens of those facing their most difficult moments.
