Through support groups, mentoring, recreation and character education programs, Heart Haven OutReach (H2O) has built life changing relationships, rooted in living hope, with over 8,000 teens (grades 6-12) since opening our doors in 2004.
It takes the willingness of our entire community to show up for youth in meaningful ways. Together we can help more youth stay in school, avoid justice system involvement, and move toward stable futures.By attending and supporting this event, you are helping Heart Haven OutReach continue to provide relationships that help teens heal, grow, and see a future filled with possibility.
