Blackhawks Jersey Auction

The Jersey Auction will run from Wednesday, February 4 until Tuesday, February 17 at 11:59PM*. All Winners will be contacted the morning of Wednesday, February 18 with additional details regarding their item(s).

*Please note: Any bid placed at 11:59 PM will automatically extend the auction end time by five (5) minutes. Each additional bid placed during this extension will trigger a further five-minute extension.

 AUCTION DETAILS & POLICIES

• Bids and sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
• To place a bid, you must create an account with GiveSmart by clicking on the 'Register Now' button. An acceptable credit card must be provided to participate in any auction.
• Each winning bidder's credit card will automatically be charged at the conclusion of the auction. Payment must be made in full to receive auction item(s).
• Winning bidders will pay a 3.5% (3.95% for AMEX Cards) processing fee for every auction item won.
• If payment is not received by the winning bidder within seven (7) days after the conclusion of the auction, the item(s) won will be forfeited and the Foundation will move to the runner-up bid.
• All winning bidders will be notified via text at the conclusion of each auction on how to pick-up or ship their item(s). If winners are at the United Center attending the game, they may pick-up their item(s) at the Community Table behind Section 104/105.
• Shipping is available for $20 per item via FedEx. A FedEx tracking number will be provided to each winner once their item(s) have been shipped. Please ensure your address is up to date in your GiveSmart account.
• Please note: framed pieces cannot be shipped and are available for PICK-UP ONLY at the United Center (1901 West Madison Street Chicago, IL 60612).
• Items are sold in "as-is" condition. Due to the unique nature of each item, all sales are final. It is up to the discretion of the Chicago Blackhawks Foundation whether or not a return request will be accepted. In rare case of shipping damage, please contact Sara Ingram at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery for return instructions.
• Bidders are responsible for reading item descriptions. Age restrictions may apply for certain items. Valid identification is required prior to pick-up/delivery of item.
• All game-used and autographed Blackhawks items are individually tagged with an official tamper-proof hologram and entered into the Blackhawks database to ensure authenticity. Items purchased can be verified by searching the hologram number here: https://www.nhl.com/blackhawks/fans/authentics.
• The Chicago Blackhawks Foundation reserves the right to withdraw, change, and/or add items without notice.

• Game-Used Jersey Auction opens Wednesday, February 4 and closes Tuesday, February 17 (midnight)
• Auction opens Monday, March 2 and closes Monday, March 9 (5 Minutes into 3rd Period)
• Auction opens Tuesday, March 10  and closes Sunday, March 15 (midnight)
• Auction opens Monday, March 16 and closes Sunday, March 22 (5 Minutes into 3rd Period)
• Auction opens Monday, March 23 and closes Tuesday, March 31 (5 Minutes into 3rd Period)
• End of Season Auction opens Wednesday, April 1 and closes Wednesday, April 15 (conclusion of game)
