Event Day Information

Get ready for a great day on the course-we're excited to have you with us!

9:00 AM - Registration Opens
Check in, grab your player info, and enjoy coffee, tea, and light refreshments before we get started. This will be OUTSIDE this year, near where you drop off your clubs.

10:00 AM - Shotgun Start
All teams will head out to their assigned holes-let's play!

11:30 AM - 1:00 PM - Lunch at the Snack Shack
Lunch will be available during play so you can refuel and keep your game strong.

Post-Round - Dinner
Dinner will be served once the last golfers finish their round. Relax, enjoy, and celebrate a great day together.
