The Lead the Charge Gala is St. Coletta of Wisconsin's signature fundraising event, bringing together more than 225 leaders, family members, community partners and supporters. Hosted at the exclusive Blue Mound Golf and Country Club in Wauwatosa, the Gala proceeds directly support St. Coletta's mission to help individuals with disabilities achieve their highest quality of life, guided by our values of compassion, dignity and respect.

The Duffey Family will be honored at this year's gala for their extraordinary love, support, and lifelong commitment to St. Coletta of Wisconsin and to their sister, Monica Mary "Cups" Duffey, who lived at St. Coletta for more than 50 years until she passed away in 2024. For more than five decades, Monica was part of the St. Coletta community, where she flourished thanks to the unwavering support of her family and compassionate caregivers. The Duffeys' story is one of resilience, devotion, and joy, demonstrating the profound impact of family, the importance of opportunities for everyone, and the meaningful lives that individuals with disabilities lead. Their journey reflects the very heart of St. Coletta's mission.
