Join us for a fun, high-energy day of pickleball, community, and compassion at our 2nd annual Purrs & Paddles Pickleball Tournament at the National Pickleball Center located at East Naples Community Park in Naples on Saturday, May 2. This exciting event brings players, spectators, families, and animal lovers together for a memorable day on and off the court - all to support the lifesaving work of For the Love of Cats.
Whether you're competing, cheering from the sidelines, or simply enjoying the atmosphere, Purrs & Paddles is designed to bring people together for a great cause while celebrating the joy and connection that cats bring to our community.

Pickleball Tournament
The heart of the event is a lively pickleball tournament featuring friendly competition, team spirit, and plenty of fun on the courts. Players of all levels are invited to participate in a welcoming and energetic environment while supporting a meaningful mission. Spectators are encouraged to come watch the matches, enjoy the venue, and be part of the excitement throughout the day.

Vendor Village

Beyond the courts, our Vendor Village brings even more energy and excitement to the Purrs & Paddles Pickleball Tournament!

This shaded area will feature a curated collection of vendors offering pickleball apparel, jewelry, wellness products, and other unique finds. Whether you are browsing between matches or cheering on players, the Vendor Village adds to the fun and experience of the day.

Every part of this event helps support the lifesaving programs of For the Love of Cats, so visiting the Vendor Village is a wonderful way to enjoy the day while helping cats in need!

Kittens, Kittens, Kittens!
One of the most heartwarming highlights of the day is our Kitten Meet and Greet. Guests will have the opportunity to visit a dedicated, supervised kitten area and meet some of the adorable kittens currently in our care.
This special space gives families and spectators the chance to connect with the mission of For the Love of Cats, learn about fostering and adoption, and experience firsthand the joy these little lives bring. 

Serve Looks: Best Dressed on the Court
Add a little personality to your game with our Serve Looks Best Dressed competition. Tournament players are encouraged to wear fun, colorful, and creative pickleball attire for a chance to win prizes and be featured in event photos and social media.
Cat themed outfits are welcome but not required. The goal is simply to celebrate creativity, bring extra energy to the courts, and create a playful, memorable atmosphere for everyone attending.

A Day for Community and Compassion
Purrs & Paddles is more than a tournament. It is a day that brings together sports, community, and cat lovers for a shared purpose. Every match played, photo submitted, and kitten met helps support programs that protect and care for cats throughout our community.
