Meet Deborah

Deborah Roberts is the co-anchor of the venerable ABC news magazine 20/20 and an award-winning network correspondent. A media veteran celebrating 30 years with ABC News, Roberts reports across all network programs and digital platforms. In addition to hosting the weekly podcast 20/20: The Aftershow, she is a frequent correspondent and substitute anchor for Good Morning America and an occasional guest co-host on The View. A New York Times bestselling author, her works include Lessons Learned and Cherished and Sisters Loved and Treasured. She also co-authored Been There, Done That with her husband, NBC anchor Al Roker. The couple resides in New York City and has three grown children.

William "Bill" Bori has been a devoted champion of Summit Speech School, serving on the Board of Trustees for seven years, including two years as Board Chair. During his tenure, Bill played a pivotal role in advancing the School's long-term financial sustainability. He led our successful endowment campaign, chaired the Development Committee, and spearheaded the launch of our annual Golf Outing - now a cornerstone fundraising event. Most notably, Bill was instrumental in securing the School's largest gift to date: a transformative $2 million commitment from the Margaret A. Darrin Charitable Trust. Bill's vision, commitment, and generosity have ensured that Summit Speech School will continue to deliver exceptional Listening and Spoken Language services for generations to come.
