About the RISE Art Show
The Blue Bench presents its fifth-annual art exhibition featuring art made by survivors of sexual violence. RISE amplifies the stories, voices, and healing journeys of survivors in honor of Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month, and is open for viewing free of charge at 40 West Gallery April 3rd-30th.
About The Blue Bench
The Blue Bench is metro Denver's only comprehensive sexual assault prevention and survivor support center. Since our founding in 1983, we have worked tirelessly to eliminate sexual assault and diminish the impact it has on individuals, their loved ones and our community.
In 2025, The Blue Bench served thousands of individuals through a range of critical services:
- 137 survivors received individual therapy
- 32 survivors received group therapy services
- 150 survivors received case management services
- 285 survivors connected with the resource line
- 1,889 survivors contacted our crisis line (phone & chat)
- 213 survivors received risk assessments.
