2026 Francis House Auxiliary Spring Luncheon

The Auxiliary of Francis House 34th Spring Luncheon & Fashion Show is SOLD OUT

Thursday, May 14, 2026 at the DoubleTree Hotel in East Syracuse. 

The luncheon begins at 11:30 a.m. Doors open at 10:30 a.m.

Come early to shop the Bev. & Co. boutique! Everyone is welcome!

Note: There are no 'paper' tickets to the event. On event day, just say your name upon arrival. No ticket needed!  

We can't wait to welcome you to the 2026 luncheon!

This year's menu includes:

Artisan Spring Salad: fresh mesclun greens topped with roasted tomatoes, red grapes, golden raisins, and feta cheese, finished with a white balsamic vinaigrette 

Warm Sliced Artisan Ciabatta bread & butter

Short Rib of Beef (GF): tender slow roasted short rib of beef with a demi reduction accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes and roasted baby carrots

OR

Bucatini Pomodoro (VG,DF): bucatini pasta tossed with a house made balsamic tomato & fresh basil sauce 

Dessert: Bistro key lime pie and freshly brewed coffee and tea
