We're excited to welcome you to Woof & Wine at the Humane Society of the South Platte Valley (HSSPV)! By attending this event, guests acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to interaction with animals, uneven surfaces, and the consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Guests who choose to consume alcohol must be 21 years of age or older and agree to do so responsibly. Each attendee is solely responsible for their behavior and for arranging safe transportation to and from the event. HSSPV reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone at its discretion.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision, safety, and conduct of the children in their care at all times during the event.

By attending Woof & Wine, guests voluntarily assume all risks related to their participation and agree that HSSPV, its officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and event partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from attendance or participation in the event.
