Support Camp Duncan!

YMCA Camp Duncan invites families, local businesses, civic groups, and community organizations to partner
with us through our Picnic Table Sponsorship Program. This hands-on sponsorship opportunity directly supports youth scholarships, enhances camp facilities, and fuels innovative programming while creating meaningful, lasting connections between our partners and the Camp Duncan community.

Volunteer Day Experience
Sponsors are invited to join us on Saturday, May 9th, where groups will paint and personalize picnic tables that will be enjoyed by campers, families, and community groups throughout the year.
The day includes:

• Painting and personalizing picnic tables (all paint and materials provided)
• Connecting with campers and staff
• Optional camp tour
• Shared lunch
• Group photo

• Expands youth scholarship access so no child is turned away due to financial need
• Enhances and maintains camp facilities and outdoor spaces

$500 - Seed Sponsor (1 Table)
A meaningful entry point to make an immediate impact while engaging directly with camp.

• Sponsorship of one picnic table
• Participation in Camp Duncan Volunteer Day

• YMCA-branded paint colors included

$1,200 - Sapling Sponsor (2 Tables + More)
Ideal for organizations looking to deepen their impact while remaining hands-on and connected.

Includes everything in Seed Sponsor, plus:

• Sponsorship of 2 picnic tables
• Expanded scholarship impact supporting multiple campers
• Priority access to select afternoon camp activities following lunch (high ropes, zip line, climbing wall,
  archery, slingshot paintball)
• Group photo with Camp Duncan branding for internal or social sharing
• Recognition in end-of-season or annual Camp Duncan impact communications
  

$2,500 - Oak Sponsor (3 Tables + Premier Experience)
Designed for businesses, foundations, and legacy-minded partners seeking a deeper and more sustained
connection to Camp Duncan's mission.

Includes everything in Seed & Sapling Sponsor, plus:

• Sponsorship of 3 picnic tables (with option to cluster tables as a shared gathering space)
• Significant scholarship impact supporting full camp experiences
• Option for a private or customized volunteer experience
• Private camp experience for your group, such as:
       - Exclusive ropes, zip line, or climbing session, or
       - Guided camp tour with Camp Duncan leadership
• Featured recognition on Camp Duncan website and social media
• Invitation to an annual Camp Duncan stewardship/appreciation event
  

Logo Guidelines

• Company logos must be submitted for approval in advance
• Messaging must align with YMCA values (political or unrelated commercial messaging is not permitted)
