Join alumni and friends for an unforgettable evening of celebration and connection in Stillwater at the Payne County Expo Center. The event will begin at 5:00 p.m. with a cocktail reception, dinner, and the opportunity to explore an array of exciting auction items. At 6:00 p.m., the program will kick off, featuring a live auction, an update from the OSU Department of Animal and Food Sciences, and recognition of our esteemed honorees, current students, and judging teams.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED; HOWEVER, TICKETS MAY STILL BE PURCHASED AT THE DOOR THE EVENING OF THE GALA REUNION.

Support the Dr. Jimmy Wise Hall of Fame Chairback Campaign   

The OSU ASAA is honored to recognize Dr. Jimmy Wise as the 2026 Hall of Fame Chairback Recipient.

Support from the Chairback Campaign will be directed to a fund in Dr. Wise's honor to support the OSU Meat Judging Team.

Annual Membership Meeting

The ASAA will hold its annual membership meeting before the Gala Reunion on campus in the Animal Science Building, Room 124. All alumni are welcome and will enjoy an update from the ASAA and Animal and Food Sciences Department Head Dr. Richard Coffey. Lunch will be provided. The Membership Meeting and lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m. A full list of Gala Reunion Weekend activities may be found here. 

If you are not a current Lifetime Member we encourage you to join today. Members will receive an ASAA jacket and window decal. The ASAA has nearly 800 Lifetime Members and welcomes you to be a part of this elite group of alumni! Memberships may be purchased with registration or online at www.osuanscialumni.com. 

The Animal Science Alumni Association is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit and is focused on promoting the profession of animal science. This is accomplished by providing scholarship and judging team support, encouraging student enrollment in animal science, improving awareness of education opportunities and organizing events and activities for alumni.

Items are available for viewing now and auction items are LIVE for BIDDING starting April 14, at 12 p.m. CST.
To bid on Live Auction Items if you will not be in attendance, contact the ASAA prior to April 18 and someone will contact you the evening of the Gala to bid by phone. 

The auction will CLOSE on April 18, at 7:00 p.m. CST. 

 Browse and set your auto-bids and make sure to register today so you do not miss out on your favorite items!
Spotlight Items will close 10 min following the conclusion of the Gala Reunion.

Easy Checkout

If you are the lucky winner of an auction item, purchased an ASAA Lifetime Membership or donated to an endowment fund, you can securely checkout. Click the PAY tab to pay your balance at any time. A text with the link to pay will also be sent to all users with a balance on file at the end of the auction.
Any unpaid balances will be charged on Monday, April 7 at 12:00 p.m. Email [email protected] to arrange an alternate form of payment before that time.
Winners not in attendance may pick up items in Stillwater or we will have items shipped to you at your cost unless otherwise noted.

How do I participate in the auction? 

Register online! Click the 'REGISTER NOW' button on the auction homepage and fill out your bidder information. Create a password, check the boxes for terms and conditions and text messages (you will want be notified about items you bid on), and then just click 'Create my GiveSmart account'!

Or, if you already have a GiveSmart account, simply click to register and log into your existing account.

Do I have to use a phone to bid or can I participate using my computer?
You can participate in the auction from a computer, tablet or phone, it's up to you! After you sign in to your GiveSmart account, click "items" to view the auction and start bidding. 

Click the item you'd like to bid on, then enter your bid in the open text field (make sure it is higher than the current minimum amount) and click "Bid". If you have opted in to receive text messages, you will receive a text if you are outbid.  

Can I view items before deciding if I want to bid?
Yes!  Items are currently available to view in preview mode. Bidding will begin at 12:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, April 1 and close at 7:00 p.m. CST on Saturday, April 5. Click "items" at the top of this page and preview our fabulous auction items.

Will you need my credit card information?
Yes, a credit card number will be required to bid.

I'm not very tech-savvy, will I have a hard time participating? 
We don't think so! The bidding platform is very user-friendly and will walk you through the entire process. If you need help, though, please contact Megan Smith at [email protected]. Also, you may consider an auto-bid which GiveSmart will bid for you up to the highest amount you designate.
