About Lincoln Training Center

Work is more than a paycheck. It's dignity, purpose, and belonging.

Our need is great. Lincoln is bringing the gift of transformation that opens doors to education, employment opportunities, and community that our participants only dreamed of before joining our family. LTC has been providing jobs to adults with disabilities for more than 62 years. LTC staff provides meaningful activities in the community for 300 participants every working day of the year - that's 260 days. Lincoln is now experiencing the highest number of people who need our services. We have more than 100 job sites, so individuals have a choice in their careers and community activities.

We invite you to celebrate with us by bidding in our silent auction or by making a donation. The funds raised on this occasion are an important portion of our annual budget.
