No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including, but not limited to, participant cancellation, scheduling conflicts, or inclement weather. In the event the tournament is canceled by organizers due to circumstances beyond our control, all proceeds will be treated as a charitable contribution supporting the Hill-Murray Father's Club and Hill-Murray Mother's Club.
