Child Advocates of Fort Bend is a non-profit agency serving children who have been physically abused, sexually abused and neglected. Our mission is to Strengthen the Voice of the Child, Heal the Hurt, and Break the Cycle of Abuse and Neglect for Children and Families in Fort Bend and surrounding counties.

We have served 27,000+ children in the past 35 years.

CASA: Our CASA Volunteers are court-appointed to advocate for children in foster care removed from their homes due to abuse or neglect. Because of strong community support, we are able to assign a CASA Volunteer Advocate to 100% of children in foster care compared to only half the children in the state of Texas.

Children's Advocacy Center: 1 in 6 children in the State of Texas will be sexually abused by the age of 18. These children need the professional help of our team of social workers, therapists and licensed professionals to provide a safe place for them to tell their stories of sexual abuse to a forensic interviewer, receive therapy, a medical exam and case management so they heal and recover.

Community Engagement: We reach thousands of children and parents every year with safety messaging, reporting and prevention.

Care Coordination for Commercially Sexually Exploited Children: We coordinate the identification and recovery rapid response services for children who are sex trafficked.
