A couple quick reminders on logistics for Monday's festivities!
4:30 PM - Registration at the Green Room entrance to the Clubhouse. You'll receive your packet, including any raffle tickets you purchased, plus your table number and auction paddle.
Until 6:15 PM - Silent Auction stays open, so get your bids in early! Watch your phone for text alerts if you've been outbid.
6:30 PM - Dinner, followed by the 7:00 PM Live Auction.
Dress Code: Summer cocktail - jackets aren't required. Dinner and the auction will be outside (under the stars!), so please dress comfortably.

Beginning at 4:30 p.m., discover how your generosity is transforming the lives of children throughout our local community. Experience a student-led robotics competition, learn how your donations raised last year have supported enhanced literacy and other needs, view our silent auction & raffle items, and enjoy musical performances by a talented group of local theater students. At 6:30 p.m., continue the evening in our beautifully themed tent on the lawn for dinner and an exciting live auction.
Your dinner ticket includes:
- passed hors d'oeuvres
- 2 tickets for a select offering of beer and wine
- beef tenderloin carving station
- Mediterranean chicken & shrimp skewers
- watermelon & cucumber salad
- roasted garlic whipped yukon potatoes
- roasted heirloom carrots
- peach & bourbon trifle
A cash bar will also be available. Tables seat 8 donors. If you have a seating preference, please list your preferred table companions when purchasing your ticket.
Summer Cocktail Dress Requested
If paying by credit card, please follow the prompts to donate the processing fee so that 100% of your ticket price goes to the kids. Thank you!
If you prefer to pay by check, please make your check payable to "Glassy Cliffs Residents Outreach" and leave it in LMAC Cubby P-4 (Lisa Shelton) or UMAC Cubby H-8 (Anna Marie Tettamanti).

Where do your donations go?
96% of the funds collected by Glassy Cliffs Residents Outreach go directly to local and Title I schools in Greenville and Spartanburg counties. We also support education-related programs run by local non-profits. In 2025, CRO Glassy made grants totaling $199,645 impacting over 6,500 children!!!
