Chocolate Jubilee 2026

Our Sweetest Soundtrack Yet

Chocolate Jubilee celebrates the powerful connection between music, memory and hope. While Alzheimer's disease gradually impacts memory, music can spark recognition and joy to create meaningful moments for those living with the disease and their loved ones.

As Alzheimer's diagnoses continue to rise, so does the need for care, support and research. We hope you join us for an unforgettable evening in the fight against Alzheimer's disease.
