Please join us for the 12th Annual Gala and Auction! This year, the Gala will take place on the afternoon of the Kentucky Derby. So we invite you to don your favorite hat and join us at the Lower Campus for a wonderful Derby-themed celebration. The Gala is the school's largest community fundraiser of the year and a wonderful way to spend a beautiful spring evening dining, dancing and bidding on amazing auction items! Proceeds benefits support our beloved OVS.
The Gala pre-party will start at 3:15 p.m. with live-streaming of the actual Kentucky Derby race, followed by hors d'oeuvres, signature mint julep cocktails, wine, beer, and music. Dinner will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by and the main event, our Live Auction and Paddle Raise. The evening will conclude with dancing and a special prize for the best hat of the night - because what's the Derby without magnificent hats?
