Join NAMI McHenry County on Friday, May 8 2026 for our annual Vision of Hope Gala. This exclusive event will be held from 5:00pm - 9:00pm at the Holiday Inn Crystal Lake (800 S Illinois Rt 31, Crystal Lake) and will include appetizers, cocktails (cash bar), dinner, silent auction, and a short program, where we will honor this year's Vision of Hope Awardees. Attire for this event is business casual. All proceeds from the event will support NAMI's free mental health services.

Tickets are $75 each or $750 for a table of 10. Ticket sales close on Friday, May 1.

Vision of Hope Awards

We are thrilled to present three Vision of Hope Awards at the Vision of Hope Gala. The Vision of Hope Award is presented to individuals or organizations whose public or private actions have advanced care, treatment, or awareness for those living with mental health conditions and their families.

Our 2026 Vision of Hope Award recipients are Sarah Rausch, Mental Health Court Clinician for the 22nd Judicial Circuit, McHenry County College, and the McHenry County Veterans Assistance Commission (VAC).

Living Room Pop-Up

Join us for a unique opportunity to step inside a welcoming, calming space designed to support individuals in times of need. Guests will have the chance to meet and connect with Matthew Tassinari, our Senior Manager of Recovery Support, to learn more about NAMI's Foglia Family Living Room, its impact on our local community, and how it's changing lives. Come experience the environment firsthand, ask questions, and discover how compassionate, community-based care makes a difference every day.

5:00 PM - Cocktail Hour, Hope Artists, Foglia Family Living Room Pop-Up, VIP Table Raffle and Silent Auction

6:30 PM - Dinner and Last Chance to Bid

7:00 PM - Silent Auction Closes, Program, Fund the Need, and Vision of Hope Awards

8:30 PM - Check Out and Farewell
