An Evening to Remember

EB's Spring Soirée is back! Join us on March 21 at the Sequoyah Country Club in Oakland for an evening of sophistication and adventure as we transport you to the French Riviera.

Formerly known as the Gala, the Spring Soiree is EB's biggest party of the year and a night for EB families, teachers, staff, alumni, and friends to come together for an unforgettable evening of connection, celebration, and fun.

What to Expect

This year's French Riviera Soirée features dinner, dancing, games and auctions with special entertainment and surprises throughout the night. It's an evening you won't want to miss!

5:30-7:30pm- The night kicks off with a cocktail reception featuring casino games and other fun activities, and a silent auction, where you can mingle and bid on incredible items generously donated by our EB community and local businesses.

7:45-9:15pm- A sit-down dinner leads into the live auction, featuring unique experiences that past guests have raved about-from trips abroad to exclusive private dinners. Many lots are purchased by a group to share the cost and share the fun! Raffles, interactive games and unexpected delights keep the excitement going for everyone.

9:15-11:30pm- The night wraps up on the dance floor with EB's parent/staff band, The Radioactives, performing live for the rest of the evening!

Dress the Part

This year's French Riviera theme brings the elegance of the South of France to EB. Picture yourself strolling down charming cobblestone streets, pausing at a cozy wine bar, or stepping into a glittering Monaco casino - lights sparkling and the thrill of F1 in the air. Dress in your favorite cocktail attire and let the night whisk you away to the French Riviera!

Why Attend

Beyond the festivities, the Spring Soirée is EB's largest fundraising event. Proceeds support tuition assistance, student programs and support services, experiential learning opportunities, professional development, and other essential school needs. A special "Fund for the Future" segment raises additional support for a focused school initiative. Join us for a fantastic night with friends and family, knowing your participation-whether as an attendee, donor, or sponsor-directly supports EB's students, staff, and programs.

How Can I Contribute to EB's Spring Soirée and Auction? 

There are many ways to contribute to EB's biggest soirée, even if you don't plan to attend in person!

1. Donate Items, Activities, or Experiences to the Auction

Items and experiences are auctioned off online and in person and make up a significant portion of revenues. Check out our wishlist for ideas.

2. Become a Sponsor or Underwriter

Sponsors and underwriters help make the Spring Soirée more inclusive by covering costs and supporting faculty tickets. As a sponsor, you will have a unique opportunity to share in the success of EB's largest fundraiser and help us reach our goal of creating spaces of belonging for all. 
 
As an underwriter, your contribution ensures that more funds raised at the Spring Soirée will directly benefit EB programs, tuition assistance, teacher salaries, and more. You can underwrite the bar, the games, and the decor, !
