Mother McAuley's largest fundraiser of the year!

Thank you to all who spent their Thursday evening at the Union League Club for Celebration 2026 and for the incredible support you showed for Mother McAuley and our students. The generosity, joy, and spirit in the room were a powerful reminder of what makes this community so special.

We were also proud to honor Katie Schumacher-Cawley '97 as the recipient of the 2026 Catherine McAuley Leadership Award. Katie embodies the courage, compassion, and resilience that define a McAuley woman, and leads with strength, grace, and unwavering faith, inspiring everyone around her.

As we reflect on the evening, we are reminded that this year marks 180 years in Chicago - and 70 on 99th Street - of bold beginnings rooted in the vision of Catherine McAuley. Together, we are not only stewards of that extraordinary legacy, we are partners in ensuring the next 180 years are just as courageous.
